Pizza
Pizza is a famous Italian dish savored around the world. The entire credit for the popularity of Pizza in the United States goes to the chain of pizzerias all over the country. While the base and the texture of Pizza remains same across the globe, it's the toppings that differs from country to country. In the United States, you will find the top pizzerias serving pizzas with the toppings of mainly beef, bacon, chicken, ham, and sausage for the non-vegetarians. Other than these famous meat options, Pizzas with veg toppings such as mushrooms, pepperonis, garlic, tomatoes, spinach, etc. are also famous in most restaurants in the United States.
Irrespective of your locality, you will find a variety of different restaurants in your cities offering pizzas of all different types. Pizza is hot favorite among people of all ages in the United States. A large size pizza is enough to feed a family of 3 or 4 at large. Pizza is also the most preferred food whenever a group of friends is hanging out together. Pizza gained popularity in the United States after the American soldiers stationed in Italy returned from World War II.
Over the years, different pizzerias in the United States have developed their own respective regional variations. Pizza gained popularity as the iconic dish in the United States in the second half of the 20th century. Whether you prefer thin or thick crust pizza, you can find a pizza of your preference at the best pizza restaurants in your city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.

Great family sports place, with good food and reasonable prices. Owner nearly always around and treats you like family.

I consider myself a wing connisuer... and I have to say their wings were awesome. The hot wings were hot enough that I had to wait to finish the last 3 of a 10 wing order. I would have given 5 stars but they only have 2 fryers, so my order took awhile to come out. I can understand though; there were 5 tables with customers on a Sunday night and 4 of them ordered wings. I sat at the bar and watched the orders come out. The pizza looked awesome. Next time I come back I will order some. On a side note, I listened to the bartender take a to-go order over the phone. The caller ordered a pizza with only sauce and black olives. Who the hell orders that? I think I would rather have a tablespoon of castor oil. The restaurant is definitely worth trying out.

We got here around noon and the place was empty but nice and quiet. It was Black Friday, so it makes sense. The Greek salad, which arrived first, was delicious; it included chopped ham and also came with scoops of potato salad. You will have onion breath, though, I warn you. I had to slow down on eating this as I wanted to have room in my stomach for some pizza. The two large pizzas, one with Italian Sausage bits (less than we thought) and one with Pepperoni, were both pleasing enough with their gooey cheesiness. I'd definitely come back here for those. As their menu mentioned, their dough is made fresh daily and they use Wisconsin cheese. They even make their own homemade pizza sauce. We also had plenty of water to wash all this down with. The pizza took a while and longer than expected, but it was all worth it. You will see a Trip Advisor sticker on their glass door.

This restaurant is under new ownership and pizza is great , however the place was packed and the lone waitress who was there had her hands full to the point of slow service (it was not her fault she was running cleaning tables and at one point I noticed she was making a salad) we also watched 2 party's of 4 leave the back seating area because she couldn't get to them....did I mention she also did the billing and served the bar patrons. ..HEY OWNER WAKE UP the waitress needs to be your manager and oh yeh there were two cooks the guy seemed to not care about the chaos and was not carrying his weight he appeared to be on his phone at times we will return again for ONE more chance

Great family restaurant. They have a great menu and the service has always been good. We recommend their pizzas, greek salad, zucchini fries or their grinders. They usually have live music and lots of tv's to watch your favorite sports.

Tried this on a whim one night recently when going through my neverending search for great pizza. The service was friendly and the delivery was prompt. The pizza itself was just OK to me, although I could see how others might really like it. I'm not sure what kind of cheese they use, but it's plentiful (too plentiful for me) and gets rubbery quick. (Some people actually like this). The crust seemed a little greasy to my liking as well. Again, totally serviceable pizza and the price is fair, but this wouldn't be my first choice.

While on vacation our hungry family of 6 took a chance and purchased 2 large pizzas from here after a day of fun in the sun. We were so glad we did! This pizza is really tasty. The sauce has just the right balance of sweet and tangy and the crust is just the right thickness. The wife, kids and I gobbled up these pies hastily. Even our pickiest child devoured 4 slices! That speaks volumes! We'll be ordering from here again before we head back home. If you're vacationing in Palm Harbor, Florida and need to find a good pizza joint, look no further than the Galley Pizza & Pasta Company.

Stopped in with my family knowing nothing about the place. Definitely a bar type atmosphere but not too rowdy. There was a back room that appeared to be more private we didn't have access to because someone had reserved it. That's what the sign said, though it was about 7 at night and the room was still empty. No biggie. The kids' plates were reasonably priced, had large portions on the chicken strips but a bit too crispy, overcooked. My wife and I had the spaghetti and canneloni, very tasty, sauce was good, spaghetti seemed a little limp, overcooked but didn't hurt the flavor. Meatballs were really good, they gave you plenty of sauce, and sprinkled the dishes with mozzarella which I enjoyed. All came w tasty garlic toast. Oh, the china and dishware needs help, looked to be pretty ancient. Wood bowls for salad and stainless dishes for pasta reminded me of a throwback to the 80's. The Waitress was friendly, with more of a bartender demeanor. Prices are very reasonable, though this, like many restaurants are pushing the beverage envelope charging 2.25 for tea or soda. Wonder why more people are ordering water? Overall, It's worth a stop if you're in the area. I'll go back. Also, if you're into sports, they usually have a game playing at the bar you can see from your seat in the dining area.
